Projects included:

• Demolition of the existing Northcott Shopping Centre, and design & build and fit-out of a new Extra store in Newtownabbey. Works also included the construction of an adjoining mall incorporating 4 retail units, petrol filling station and car parking for seven hundred and eighty spaces.
• Fast-track fit-out of 90,600sqft developer’s shell to create a new eco-store in Newry.
• Refresh of an existing store within a live shopping centre in Derry / Londonderry.
• Refresh of an existing Stirling store. Our works included the formation of a new chicken preparation area, and the installation of a new produce area with associated plant on the roof. We also installed a new clothing area, and upgraded the car park.
• Refresh of an existing Superstore in Horsham. Our works included refrigeration replacement and shelving replacement. As well as full decoration, lighting upgrade and upgrade to car park.
