Celebrating our success at the CCS End of Year Gala

Date Posted 22.11.24

McLaughlin & Harvey attended the Considerate Constructors Scheme’s (CCS) 2024 End of Year Gala (formerly known as the Leading Lights Awards) on Wednesday 20 November at the Natural History Museum in London.

The event recognises and celebrates outstanding company-wide performance among contractors and partners who have demonstrated excellence throughout the year.

McLaughlin & Harvey is honoured to have been recognised as runner up at the awards by CCS for social impact. The social impact award gives recognition to the construction company that CCS feel has made a positive impact within society and the communities in which they work. This is testament to the dedication of our teams in driving positive change and building a sustainable, socially responsible future for the communities in which we operate.

We are very proud to have received an average CCS score of 44/45 across all of our sites, achieving excellent and outstanding ratings on every project. This success reflects our dedication at McLaughlin & Harvey to deliver excellence through:

  • A dedicated and highly competent responsible business team
  • Standardised, transparent processes that hold us accountable
  • An award-winning portfolio of programmes and initiatives
  • Strong relationships with key stakeholders and delivery partners
  • Extensive national expertise tailored to local delivery
  • Leveraging national skills development through academia and industry boards
