As a Principal Supply Chain Partner, we will act as ‘one stop shop’ solution provider using a develop and construct contract arrangement. Carrying out a diverse range of design, planning and construction via our integrated supply chains. We have long-term relationships with our supply chain partners, which will continue over the period of the framework agreement.
McLaughlin & Harvey, as a Principal Supply Chain Partner (PSCP) continues to work collaboratively and innovatively across the NHS Scotland estate. We strive to integrate with our NHS colleagues, delivering enhanced levels of construction quality and value for money. Whilst working towards a Net Zero NHS and maximising social value back into local communities. Operational until 2025, the procurement routes on offer through Frameworks Scotland 3, are available to be utilised by NHS Scotland Health Boards, Special Health Boards, Integrated Joint Boards and other organisations within the sector.

In 2022, we were awarded our first project through the framework; Ayrshire Hospice. The project includes the refurbishment of the existing hospice premises, and the construction of new extensions forming a state-of-the-art new build In-Patient Unit (IPU) and a modern Hub building providing connectivity through the ‘heart of the Hospice’.
