Frameworks
McLaughlin & Harvey is a delivery partner for the SCAPE Utilities Works and Services Frameworks for England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland. The frameworks have been created to provide clients with access to specialist contractors capable of helping them to deliver the low carbon energy, transport and water infrastructure needed to meet sustainability targets and serve community needs in the years ahead.
We are also a Framework Supplier for three lots of Pagabo’s £1.56bn national Civil Engineering & Infrastructure Framework. The framework will run for four years until May 2026. Allowing local authorities and public sector bodies across the UK to procure a range of projects within rail, nuclear, bridges, roads, maritime, telecommunications, water, and green energy/power sectors.
McLaughlin & Harvey is a Framework Supplier on five lots of the Construction Works & Associated Services framework. The framework enables public sector organisations and their arm’s-length bodies to access all types of building and civil engineering works.
