Mixed-use development regeneration of Elms Field in Wokingham Town Centre.
The new development comprises 39,891 sqft of residential properties including thirty-one apartments and three townhouses and a Premier Inn hotel.
The scheme also includes over 43,000 sqft of both food and non-food retail units including a new Aldi, an 11,862 sqft cinema, a new play area, and new infrastructure including access roads and car parking.
The residential properties, hotel and cinema were all constructed with specific acoustic requirements to reduce airborne and impact sound.
The curtain walling, windows, doors, AOVs, and sliding doors were also supplied by our WorkSpace division.

Development
The play area equipment at the newly developed park was designed with specialist input to ensure Plan Inclusive Play Areas (PiPA) accessible play area standards.
Our works are near several neighbours including Wokingham Borough Council offices, housing and businesses. A detailed stakeholder management plan was developed to ensure minimal disruption.
