Design & build of a new Grade A office development which includes two five-storey office buildings, totalling circa 298,000 sqft, along with a central link bridge and multi-storey car parking providing 722 spaces.
Toilets, reception and core areas were fully fitted out to CAT B, with the office spaces furnished to CAT A standard.
The office floor plates are ‘column free’, with 3m clear heights on all floors from raised floor level to the suspended ceiling. The design was themed around the connecting landscape, with framed terrace views towards Longwater Lake. This tree-lined avenue leads to an entrance plaza which announces the building’s two entrances and central garden rooms.
The plot was within the wider Green Park business park, which remained live throughout the works. Adherence to the Green Park Rules was crucial and regular engagement with the Green Park.
