Projects have included:

• Development of a 67,000sqft store and twelve individual retail units, providing 19,086sqft of nett retail space in Liverpool. The scheme also includes a four hundred and sixty-three space car park
• Refurbishment and fit-out of an existing Co-op store to create a new trading facility in Carrickfergus
• Extension, refurbishment, and fit-out of an existing store in Braidwater Retail Park, Ballymena
• A 13,000sqft two-storey extension and refurbishment of an existing Sainsbury’s supermarket in Wigan with associated car park works. The store continued to trade for twenty-three out of the twenty-four week programme
• A two-storey extension and refurbishment of an existing store in Blackhall
• Mezzanine extension to the front elevation and a back wall push to the existing store in Salford
