Provide approximately 80,000sqft of high-quality office space for Standard Life.
Design & build combination of new-build, remodel and refurbishment works to provide approximately 80,000 sqft of high-quality office space.
New build works included the construction of a three-storey building, as well as CAT A fit-out and CAT B fit-out of the reception area and toilets.
Remodel and refurbishment works involved the strip-out of the existing structures to expose the concrete and steel frames. Followed by the construction of a two-storey concrete frame extension to Building 2 which includes a rooftop extension. As well as a two-storey steel frame extension to Building 3. Works also included internal CAT A fit-out.
Works were delivered operational business park which remained occupied throughout our works. Business continuity for our neighbours was critical, so we adopted various disruption management measures on-site. A key area of consideration was maintaining access for surrounding pedestrians and vehicles and managing public interfaces.
