A new purpose-built four-storey city centre campus with state-of-the-art training facilities and learning resources for young people and adults in the city of Wolverhampton and the wider region.

The City Learning Quarter has been developed by the City of Wolverhampton Council in partnership with the City of Wolverhampton College to deliver a purpose-built learning facility for young people and adults at the heart of the city centre to drive up skill levels.

The new educational facilities will be home for City of Wolverhampton College, Adult Education Wolverhampton and Central Library.

Construction works include essential works to the existing City of Wolverhampton College’s Metro One building, external works, minor demolitions, remodelling, and refurbishment to the Library and the Adult Education Centre, as well as new build extensions to the Metro One College building.

The project is delivered under the Crown Commercial Service Framework Lot 4.1.
